| Civil aviation industry is the comprehensive reflection of national economic, technological, manufacturing and management level, which is a symbol of national prosperity. With China’s rapid economic development, the country’s economic strength rapidly increasing, a substantial increase in national income, research and development of trunk-liner can enhance overall national strength and fill the gaps in the field. Aviation conveyance systems are the important parts of trunk-liner, in which design and manufacture of fuel system and hydraulic system are also important risk factors. Therefore, effective identification, analysis and control of risk for trunk-liner aircraft conveyance system manufacturing projects can ensure a healthy overall development of China’s civil aviation industry.In this paper, aviation conveyance system manufacturing projects of C919 trunk-liner project are used as the special background. Firstly, it is introduced the background of trunk-liner aviation conveyance system manufacturing projects, identify risks and large passenger aircraft manufacturing project pipeline exists. Secondly, according to the probability and impact matrix and Analytic Hierarchy Process, risk of C919 trunk-liner aviation conveyance system manufacturing projects is carried out qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, results of the risk analysis for the project are be used to develop risk response and control measures, which is to explore the risk management model for trunk-liner aviation conveyance system manufacturing projects and to provide reference and help for them. |
