| Commercial aircraft development will encounter various uncertainties,which may cause negative impact to the project success.Acquiring type certification is a key milestone before a commercial aircraft entry into service,it including the certification plan for component,sub-system,system and aircraft type.Conveyance system provides the tunnel for hydraulic power and fuel fluid,it is required that the conveyance system certification plan need to match the aircraft certification plan,the responsibility of risk management is owned by the supplier.This thesis will introduce the risk identification,analysis,response and monitor by study of civil and foreign risk management theory,this thesis will focus on fuel,inerting and hydraulic conveyance system working scope during qualification test and certification phase.Risk classification will use inside-company and outside-company as level 0,functional department as level 1 and detail risk as level 2 during risk identification step.At risk analysis step,first use possibility and consequence method to get the preliminary qualitative sorting result,and then use analytical hierarchy process(AHP)to weight level 2 risk and get the quantitative sorting result.Analyzed several risk response strategy based on the condition of project team,and summarized all risk response method.Finally,defined the monitor and control frequency for different priority of level 2 risks.By study on risk management on conveyance system qualification test and certification phase,the thesis summarized high risk factors during aircraft project testing and certification phase based on the characteristic of conveyance product and aviation development project and provided a set of analysis and calculation method which will assist the risk identification and risk analysis.The study method and result can be a good reference for similar product at other aircraft project at qualification test and certification phase when risk management need to be utilized. |
