With the rapid development of civil aviation in China, the problem of aircraft reliability has received more and more attention.. The reliability of the aircraft engine is one of the most important indicators to measure the quality of the aircraft, but also the important factor to determine the safety and effectiveness of aircraft..By its various component parts of the reliability to determine the reliability of the whole system of aircraft engine, the components of today’s aircraft become more and more, the engine operating environment is getting more and more complicated. These are the reliability of the aircraft engine proposed higher requirements. The reliability of the aircraft engine can be improved, and the operation efficiency and quality can be improved.. This paper summarized the reliability analysis method and statistical method, then the failure data of the large amount of system in the actual operation of the eastern CFM56 engine and accessories were collected and collated, reliability analysis of sorting out the fault data is carried out, and on the maintenance mode and the first turn period to determine a reasonable is discussed. Also by MINITAB software of CFM56 engine accessories reliability analysis, through the analysis of slide oil system of the main controller and fuel pump and draw the attachment of the cycles to failure and gives the number of spare parts, reduce maintenance cost.
