Due to the advantages of large torque, durability and good economy, 45% lower than gasoline engine emissions what cause greenhouse effect, diesel has being widely used in various power equipment, construction machinery, ships and passenger vehicles. As one of the key subsystems of diesel engine, the work performance of fuel supply system has a direct impact on the power, economy and reliability of diesel. According to the statistics, since the early irrational prediction and allocation of reliability and quality control technology deficiency in the manufacturing process, the fuel supply system failures accounted for the ratio of the total failures up to about 27% in a domestic diesel engine manufacturing enterprise. Therefore, a reasonable allocation of system reliability and quality control of the production process to improve the reliability of fuel supply system is a puzzle that the diesel engine manufacturing enterprise engineers need to solve in the future.This article aims at the issue which is the reliability distribution and quality control of the manufacturing process for the fuel supply system, the main researching contents include:(1) Through the analysis of the function, composition, working principle and common faults of fuel supply system, then established the fault tree model of fuel supply system. By screening outfield repair data and analyzing the two-parameter Weibull mathematical model to determine the initial reliability of fuel supply system.(2) Introducing reliability allocation principles and common distribution methods. According to the fuel supply system reliability allocation in line with the characteristics of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), then introduced a fuzzy-AHP(FAHP).(3) According to the principle of AHP,then set up hierarchical structure model of the fuel supply system. By using FAHP,we solved the issue what is the evaluation of the results of one-sidedness due to the different degrees of experts preference. About the problem of inconsistency judgment matrix, we used Improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(IFAHP) to reallocate the initial reliability of the fuel supply system.By example verification and comparative analysis which made the reliability distribution of the fuel supply system to be practicality and advantages. When compared IFAHP with AHP, the former could be closer to the actual needs of system reliability allocation.(4) Based on Statistical Process Control(SPC) principle,we can control the production process quality of component parts which constituted the fuel supply system. Using Minitab software to analyze the process capability of non-normally distributed random sampling data which be able to ensure the product quality in the production process, then further ensured the reliability of the fuel supply system.
