| With the development of the national economy,The performance of the road is increasingly high, which directly promotes the development of asphalt mixture pavement, asphalt pavement early severe damage early build,With the development of the transport industry, automobile axle load increases, and the serious overloading of vehiclesis here and there in our country,which in turn accelerate the destruction of asphalt pavement.In recent years with the study of asphalt mixture development,began toattention this problem.Currently, because of the asphalt rubber powder has a good effect and scrap rubber modified great harm to the environment, the waste rubber recycling, which would solve this problem.In this paper,study of the water stability of rubber asphalt mixture under different wheel pressure,elect three kinds of mixture gradation, including: TYPE-B, AC-13, SMA-13, which contains a half-open gradation, graded and gap-graded. In this paper, the basic rutting test for the prototype design of non-immersion rutting test and immersion rutting test,in the standard wheel pressure(0.7MPa) on the basis of the provisions of the test chamber,followed to increase wheel pressure0.8MPa, 0.9MPa, 1.0MPa,in order to investigate different gradations in the case of round pressure increases the changes of dynamic stability the final assessment of water stable performance of different rubber mixture.With all levels of immersion and non-immersion conditions for dynamic stability results of the regression analysis, the regression equation to determine the regression coefficients, in order to determine the dynamic stability with wheel pressure trends. And compare the dynamic stability of non-flooded flooding rounds with different gradations reduction, proposed the concept of residual dynamic stability, and comparative analysis of the results at all levels with dynamic stability.With the wheel pressure increases,each mixture asphalt rutting resistance deteriorates faster. TYPE-B road performance and water stability,it is an ideal rubber asphalt mixture;AC-13 dynamic stability performance is better, but in the actual test surface texture difference, a small construction depth, comprehensive pavement performance is difference; compared to TYPE-B, and AC-13, due to the SMA-13 has no high viscoelastic additive, its dynamicstability is small,high temperature stability is poor, water stability is much worse than TYPE-B and AC-13. |
