The Research On The Traffic Safety Guarantee Measures Of Mountain Area In Yunnan Province

In recent years, with the continuous development and progress of economic society of Yunnan province, the traffic condition of the mountain areas in Yunnnan province has occurred great changes, and the traffic volume in mountain areas has been increasing rapidly. However, the traffic environment and its management fail to catch the speed of its development, causing mountain area accidents to happen from time to time, the grim traffic safety situation has brought a huge threat to people’s life and property, and what’s more, it also affects the development of society and regional economy. This thesis chooses the highway traffic safety measures of the mountain areas in Yunnan province as the foothold, analyzes on the factors affecting the highway traffic safety in the mountain areas, makes a detailed analysis on the traffic accidents’ characteristics and reasons in the mountain areas of Yunnan province, puts forward the relevant measures for the construction of Yunnan province’s highway traffic security system. It has important theoretical value and practical significance on studying highway traffic safety management of mountain areas in Yunnan province.This article describes and analyzes the factors that affect the highway traffic safety of mountain areas in Yunnan province, illustrating from the following four aspects: the highway itself, traffic participants, traffic environment factors and vehicle factors, and aiming to research the highway traffic safety problems in the mountain areas of Yunnan province and in the end come up with proper measures for solving them and improving the general traffic safety condition. At the same time, the characteristics and reasons of the traffic accident in the mountain highway in Yunnan province will be analyzed.Highway as an important foundation and precondition for the economic and social development of the mountain areas of Yunnan Province, plays a significant promoting role on economy and society. Therefore, the mountain highway traffic safety problems become a hot issue to research in the related study fields. This article analyzes the characteristics of highway traffic accidents in the mountain areas of Yunnan province mainly from the aspects of the accident location, time, severity and climate conditions,finding out the specific reasons of mountain highway traffic accident in Yunnan province, puting forward the tentative ideas on the construction of Yunnan Province highway traffic safety guarantee system. Yunnan province is a typical mountainous area with high mountains and deep valleys, complex landscape, changeable weather conditions. The highway traffic safety guarantee system’s construction under this situation is a big challenge. This article come up with the measures for improving it from the six aspects as follows: the reasonable design of the mountain area highway, the improvement of the mountain areas highway traffic facilities, the improvement of Yunnan’s mountain area highway maintenance level, the Strengthening of the safety management in Yunnan mountain areas highway, the Strengthening of the mountain areas highway traffic safety propaganda, the improvement of vehicle safety technology.The real structure built in conformity with the safeguard system of Yunnan Province is a mountain area of the highway traffic safety.Through the analysis of the status and problems of the factors that affect the highway traffic safety of the mountain areas in Yunnan province, the thesis finds out the problems of the highway traffic safety in Yunnan’s mountain areas, puts forward the relevant measures of the construction of Yunnan Province highway traffic security system so as to provide reference and guidance for the protection of Yunnan Province’s highway traffic safety in the mountain area.
