Guangzhou City Traffic Congestion Problem Of Governance Research

See from today’s international some developed city, in a city in the operation and development of urban transportation plays an important role, its relationship with the production and development of the whole city. With the rapid development of China’s economic construction and urbanization accelerating, many current urban transportation development to a certain extent can’t keep up with the rhythm of the city development, slow down the pace of urban development and expansion. Guangdong province is the largest province in the national economy, as the provincial capital city of Guangzhou is not only the political, economic and cultural center, or contact closely with Hong Kong and Macao region cooperation partner, also is one of the largest foreign trade transport hub in southern China. Guangzhou as its geography advantage, get rapid economic and social development, but a considerable impact on traffic, traffic congestion has become the bottleneck of Guangzhou economic and social sustainable development. This paper, taking Guangzhou as a case study in China, Guangzhou as a line of big cities in our country, while in the process of development through the strict careful planning and design, but there are still many problems of traffic congestion. This paper first analysis the situation of Guangzhou urban road traffic congestion, so as to deduce the causes of traffic jams in Guangzhou. In this paper, on the basis of the theory of public goods theory, government management, from multiple perspectives analysis of Guangzhou traffic congestion problems, which also combined with the advanced experience of other large cities at home and abroad to cure. Through the analysis points out that the problems of Guangzhou traffic congestion, there are mainly in Guangzhou city traffic facilities are not perfect, public transport supply, city traffic management is unreasonable, public transport interchange is not smooth. In view of the above problem, this paper puts forward the reasonable solution, urban comprehensive layout to science, to balance the urban traffic development, the road to improve utilization rate, city traffic management efforts to increase, city motor vehicle to total control, and vigorously promote public transportation and green travel, such ability can effectively ease the Guangzhou city traffic congestion. On the research methods, this paper mainly adopts literature analysis method, to add a statistical analysis method and combining observation. From experts and scholars research views of Guangzhou city traffic, the reference of Guangzhou city department and research organization survey, combined with Guangzhou urban planning layout and policy of the present regulation, the depth of investigation on how to solve the problem of traffic jams in Guangzhou. Analysis of Guangzhou city traffic information data, which is used to draw some regularity of deep city traffic management.
