Underground facilities and the construction of deep foundation pit under different geological conditions of skill, because more and more deep excavation depth, precipitation in avoiding quicksand, piping, and floor heave, dry construction environment, improve the effect of soil strength and stability have very good, but near the dewatering of foundation pit to a certain extent of existing buildings damaged, aggravate the damage degree of existing buildings, when building produce damage, damage to the understanding of the subject must be overcome to become.At present about deep loess foundation pit precipitation damage cause settlement of surrounding buildings caused damage and reasonable evaluation of the research. This article selected region of the loess deep foundation pit excavation dewatering on surrounding building, impact assessment research topic.1. This paper introduces the physical properties of loess under the effect of water changes, through the loess strata binary structure theory in this paper, the mechanism of loess areas of strata subsidence of foundation pit precipitation theory, the solution of strata subsidence, combining viscoelastic deformation model and the viscoelastic seepage coupling model of viscoelastic ground settlement formula solution of strata subsidence value, and it is concluded that the influence of foundation pit precipitation range formula and verify the accuracy of the two formulas, the foundation pit precipitation are analyzed from the aspects of space and time influence on building settlement, and introduces the foundation pit precipitation mechanism of the influence on building foundation bearing capacity.2. This paper introduces the mechanics mechanism of loess foundation pit precipitation lead to damage to buildings, summarizes the building damage form, through summarized the determination method of building damage index, illustrates how to determine the destruction of the masonry structure building standards. Conclusion damage evaluation indicators of control, damage to buildings, summarized the evaluation rules.3. Build a fuzzy matter-element model of damage evaluation, through the analysis of characteristics of building damage evaluation index, the application of fuzzy matter-element model for instance six buildings damage assessment, the results have accurate prediction effect, play a guiding role to predict accident.
