With the development of science and technology, marine engine equipment is increasing the degree of automation, intellectualization and refinement. Because of the development of ship electrical equipment, all kind of ship accessories with a wide range of type in closed relationship. Any part fails will affect the safety and reliability of the ship equipment operating system directly, it will also have an effect on the safe navigation of the ships and cause the pollution of the oceans. This thesis explores the injection devices of secondary ship(GN6320zd diesel engine) as the development of repairing decision-making system. Mainly focusing on the specific analysis of problem, which happened to the fuel injection. It can realize the judgment and decision-making. Fuel system is one of most significant section, which plays a critical role in ship power device.This thesis explores the construction and working principle of fuel injection device making full use of three-dimension to establish model software, which to show the view and making its flat packing and assemble movie. The working environment is terrible so that it need to solve this problem that signal becomes weaker and weaker in the inside of ship. Therefore, based on this Android operation system, C/S construction model and the Eclipse weapon of exploring system software. It is possible to check the ship equipment in any time, amend and read all kinds of information from ship problem. For example, equipment accessory/material/storage place of professional tool and maintaining manual of malfunction device) so that it can reach the high effective maintenance. In addition, it takes the obscure teaching theory and build the model of comprehensive judgment and decision-making. Using the real cases to approve the efficiency and reliability of obscure teaching theory. The last but not least, there is a combination between obscure teaching theory and SQLite database.
