Research On The Location And Layout Of Guang Zhou Railway Hub Logistics Center

In recent years, with the rapid development of modern logistics, the local governments begin to pay more and more attention to the new plan of logistics development. And the "logistics industry restructuring and revitalization plan" issued by Chinese State Council has highlighted the important contribution of the modern logistics industry for the national economy. At the same time, it provides a policy to ensure the steady and rapid development of modern logistics.Contrast with highway, aviation and other modes of transportation, the railway as the artery of the national economy has obvious advantages. But the core function of railway has not fully played out. In the face of the fierce competition of transportation market, it should seize the opportunity of the separation line between passenger and freight line to increase the capacity of the existing railway lines. The logistics center is the nodes of a comprehensive modern logistics system, and the location layout form is an important basis of logistics network. According to the current situation of Guangzhou railway freight transportation, and combined with the actual production data and the survey data, this paper studies the problem of the layout of Guangzhou railway logistics center location for the following aspects:(1)To define the basic concept of railway logistics center and the main characteristics, expounds the basic function in social logistics system of railway logistics center and value-added services.(2)To clear the target of railway logistics center location and spatial layout structure, elaborated the location principle of the specific location, and straighten out the general idea railway logistics center location layout.(3)To discuss the general ideas and methods of the existing logistics center location selection, according to the characteristics of railway logistics center location, the location of the relevant conditions for the layout and build railway logistics center location model.(4)Set forth the freight site layout and equipment capacity of Guangzhou railway hub, and put forward the problems existing in the Guangzhou railway freight development of modern logistics, and analyze the demand conditions and supply conditions in Guangzhou rail hub for the railway logistics center location and quantitative forecast the logistics needs of each demand point of the railway freight station, based on the project presents a hub of Guangzhou railway freight station layout and integration of planning, and presents a new terminal construction planning, analysis and verify the feasibility of the scheme.
