Based on the basic concepts,constituent elements and realization functions of railway fre ight yard and modern logistics center,this paper puts forward the basic orientation and mode of transformation and upgrading,and mainly studies the location of the transformed railway fr eight station.It is found that the material flow of freight yard is the key to determine its transf ormation and upgrading,so a forecasting model of material flow is established to solve this pr oblem.Combined with the key index of material flow,the location index system is establishe d and the location model is designed.Finally,the empirical research is carried out based on th e relevant research data,including:First,on the basis of the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad,th e similarities and differences between the railway freight yard and the modern logistics park a re compared,and the constituent elements and the basic functions of the two are analyzed.Based on this,the suitable conditions for the transformation,the orientation of the transformation type,and the basic mode of transformation and the way of transformation are proposed.Second,based on the analysis of transformation conditions,it is found that the key eleme nt of transformation is the material flow of the freight yard.Therefore,it is very important to a ccurately predict the future material flow.Based on this,the combined forecasting model of G M(1,1)and grey Verhulst is established and the model is integrated by entropy weight method.Finally,Markov chain is introduced to modify the fitting value of the prediction model.From the example,the model has high accuracy.Third,combined with the important influencing index of material flow,14 indexes are se lected to form the evaluation index system of freight station location at the same time.Accord ing to the evaluation index system,the improved Vikor method is proposed to design the locat ion model of alternative freight station,and the model is solved.Finally,relevant empirical research is conducted on the freight yards selected by the location model.Combined with the specific situation of the freight yard,three construction schemes were proposed and the scheme was demonstrated.At the same time,the optimal scheme was selected and designed according to this scheme.
