With the rapid economic development at home and abroad, the car has gradually become the necessities of life but also to promote the rapid development of the automotive industry, so that the automotive industry has become one of the country’s pillar industries, to some extent, represents the state of industrial level, enterprises in order to enhance the core competitiveness of their products in order to capture the market, must be constantly updated products to remain competitive, while product quality as a product of "life", the impact on the product is great, one can ensure that products smooth and expeditious production line is to ensure that the product life.Car locks as a daily car parts, affecting the automobile part of experience, along with fierce competition in the automotive industry, the details became the key to the success of the product, in order to ensure the production of the lock has a good experience of, the reliability of the product has become the lifeline of products, EOL device as a production line in the last detector of the product has a very important significance. In this paper, project-based, lock on a car production line in the final test equipment development, and its main contents are as follows:1) National and industry-related automobile lock requirements study, combined with the actual product-related characteristics of the working principle of the product is analyzed, and lay a solid foundation for the post-design;2) Requirements for product design analysis, to understand the product needs to be characteristic of the process flow is detected after the preliminary determination, to determine the overall design;3) The use of mechanical design software SolidWorks, combined with the relevant provisions of the mechanical design, the equipment for the main structure of the device as well as three-dimensional modeling of the various parts;4) The use of mechanical design software Solid Works Simulation check-in, three-dimensional simulation model to ensure product reliability theory;5) The three-dimensional model of the actual assembly equipment, and make adjustments and modifications exposed problems in the assembly;6) Finally, the device several rounds of testing, the actual use by the debugger to identify problems that may occur, to ensure the normal operation of equipment to meet the design requirements of its later modifications.
