Dual-clutch automatic transmission(DCT) has great technological advantages and broad market prospects, with number and variety of the DCT car will be more and more,research of automobile powertrain matching based on the Dual-clutch automatic transmission will become the focus of the industry. Around the dual clutch automatic transmission, therefore, the study of the vehicle power transmission system matching has very important engineering significance. In this paper, the main research contents include:1、The analysis of the development direction and research status of domestic, about dual-clutch automatic transmission and automobile powertrain matching, the establishment of automobile powertrain matching evaluation system, finishing the test regulations and methods of related evaluation indicators;2、Based on dynamics model of DCT, making the shift strategy of power performance and economy. Using Matlab/Simulink software programming, and gives the flow chart of simulation computation, which laid the foundation for the simulation of DCT shift strategy of automobile power performance and economy;3、According to the energy balance relationship of the engine provide and vehicle subsystems demand, when automobile driving under certain conditions. Along the direction of energy flow,the analysis of the engine to provide the total energy and vehicle subsystems(engine, transmission system, wheel and automobile related auxiliary components) energy consumption. Based on the energy balance analysis of vehicle, which combine with the public has experience to predict the fuel economy of the vehicle in the EPA condition, which lays foundation for follow-up research;4、Analysis of the matching method of Automobile Powertrain transmission system Matching based on DCT, researching of automobile powertrain matching when give vehicle’ parameters and powertrain matching target. By the empirical formula of establishing the simplified model of the engine and determining the relationship between the main parameters, the use of the matching target to select appropriate engine, drawing the characteristic curve of engine. The matching vehicle dynamic performance, fuel economy simulation and the simulation result and the experimental target, of the original car, the results of the comparative analysis, this paper adopts the matching method that is reasonable.
