Engineering construction standard is the technical basis and criteria of various types of construction activities, and it is an important way for government departments to achieve the goal of product quality control on construction projects, the advancement of science and technology and improvement of construction level with technical means.In this paper, the following studies were carried out, directing at the problems that exist in the process that engineers use the standards to finish the design work of building water supply and drainage, as well as problems that exist in the national engineering construction standard system:First, the definition and the features of current standards, the levels and the logical relationship between standards were studied. The technical content of building water supply and drainage were analyzed, and then the design standards are sorted and divided. Based on this, the schematics and diagrams of standard system of building water supply and drainage engineering, and that of water supply and drainage engineering, were established according to the national standard system and construction standard system.Second, an idea about formation of the design accordance (the standard part) of the project design documents was put forward, including selection and seqencing of standards. An "importance judgement" method for the seqencing was presented. And examples of different types of projects about the formation of the design accordance were cited. Generic versions of the design accordance of public building and residential building were summed up at last.Third, development and review process of standards in China was summarized. And current situation and the existing problems of the national engineering construction standard system were analyzed and advises on the development direction of the standard system were put forward. The existing problems of the standard system of building water supply and drainage design were analyzed and the optimization recommendations were proposed. At last the two issues facing the international standardization process were analyzed and discussed:issue of patents and standards, and that of International standardization and technical barriers to trade. |
