The use of energy promotes the progress of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standard. However, at present, the fossil energy shortage, has brought the huge challenge to the survival and development of human. Development and application of renewable energy has an important role to solve the problem of energy crisis, energy conservation and environmental protection, setting up new energy system is the trend of the times.The building is an important carrier of energy consumption, renewable energy through the micro-grid technology applied in office buildings, not only has important significance for energy saving and emission reduction, but also can obtain the good social and economic benefits.Firstly, according to the characteristics of the three networking modes of the micro-grid, analysis and suggestions are given for different types of office building with the electricity load should be used in the network mode, the micro-grid used in office buildings, which has a certain guiding significance; Secondly, through the analysis of distributed energy applications in buildings and its prospect of development, comprehensive evaluation of the smart microgrid technology applied in office building adaptability and reliability, as well as the environmental protection and the economic benefits resulting; Thirdly, combined with a practical engineering design case, the photo voltaic building in the modeling of micro-grid simulation and design, through the power flow calculation and short circuit waveform analysis of stability and flow load three networking mode, the AC/DC hybrid network mode of micro-grid; finally, the photo voltaic power generation forecast shows the feasibility of using the technology of micro grid in the office building and the calculation of economic benefit, to meet the needs of office building electricity load diversity.
