With the development of globalization, the exchange and trade around the world is more and more frequently. The long distance transport of large equipment becomes a new question for discussion. Large potential transformer equipments are easily broken in long distance transport because of the random loads. To reduce the damage to the large transformer equipment’s body due to random loads in the process of maritime transport, and to reduce the economic losses as well as a variety of interests because of the damage, dynamics analysis of large transformer equipment in the maritime transport process is essential. But in this aspects of the research in the world today is not quite a lot. So in the time of the developed maritime transport, large transformer equipment’s dynamics analysis in the maritime transport is particularly urgent and important.This paper dealing with the reality needs, combined with actual project, with the ANSYS finite element analysis software, try to provide the optimal solution of the related dynamics analysis for the transformer equipment designed by a transformer company.The volume and weight of the large transformer equipment in this paper is very large. It consists of three layers of the coil, and it’s structure is s little complicated. Transformer equipments can be divided into insulation pad, bedding, plate, cover plate, drawstring, and fixed beamThis paper mainly do the following several aspects:1. Research analysis of random load at sea. Then determine the load that transformer equipment needs to be applied in the process of maritime transport;2. Analyse the transformer equipment’s maritime transport situation, and research the reason of the damage. Then consider the optimal solution;3. Considering the compression force and pressure structure, offer a variety of optimizations and calculate these different optimizations. Then chose the best one to be the final optimization;4. Start the sliding resistance calculation for the final optimization to check its security.
