Research On Management Of New Maritime Supervision Equipment In Liaoning Maritime Satety Administration

With the continuous development of the modernization of maritime equipment in Liaoning Maritime safety administration,many new types of maritime supervision equipment with high scientific and technological content,high degree of intelligence,and professional maintenance have emerged.At-the same time,with the implementation of the Program of Building National Strength in Transportation,the modernization process of Liaoning maritime equipment is bound to further accelerate,and higher requirements are imposed on the application management of Liaoning maritime equipment.Taking the Liaoning Maritime safety administration as the research object,this paper is to study and analyze the existing problems in the management of new maritime supervision equipment in Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration through readings reference materials,using a combination of theoretical research and applied research,and how to use new management methods,management systems and technical methods to solve related problems,and explain the expected results and practical significance of the solution.At present,in the management of new-type maritime supervision equipment in Liaoning,the previous management system is still used.The lack of modern management methods for new-type regulatory equipment,standardized management and evaluation systems for new-type regulatory equipment,and management tools have affected these new-type maritime equipment effect.The exertion of the function severely restricted the role of the Maritime Safety Administration in fulfilling its corresponding management duties.By studing the status of law enforcement equipment,appling new public management theory,modern management theory knowledge,and combining actual conditions,this paper analyzes the following 'problems in the management of new types of equipment in Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration:lack of top-level design,unclear management priorities,lack of attention to on-site management,and inadequate equipment appraisal mechanism.Though reviewing references,the US Coast Guard,the Japan Maritime Security Agency,the Shandong Maritime Safety Administration,and the Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration were selected as references to analyze the advantages and experiences of their law enforcement equipment management.Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration's new maritime regulatory equipment management solutions include:establishing and improving equipment application management mechanisms,establishing equipment management system,and strengthening equipment application management teams.This paper summarizes the equipment management system based on the research system in this paper,improves the equipment management mode,and enriches related theories.In practical applications,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the development of the application and management of the new maritime supervision equipment of the Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration,thereby promoting the effective improvement of Liaoning maritime equipment management.
