Safety Assessment Research Of Coastal Clay Transportation

With the rapid development of our national economy, the demand of clay used widely in the field of architecture and pottery is increasing. The clay is mainly transported in bulk by ship in China. Due to special natures, there is a big risk. The clay has neither remarkable characteristics, nor high economic benefit, the authority doesn’t carry out relative research on it and issue specific regulations to ensure the safety at sea. In recent years, the maritime accident on clay transportation often happens, causing huge economic loss and casualty, affecting seriously the healthy development of shipping industry. Therefore, we have to carry out relative research on coastal clay transportation, which is of great significance.Safety assessment methods have been widely used in the marine study. Safety evaluation is used to search, analysis and forecast dangerous and harmful factors existing in the project system on the basis of risk identification and risk assessment. By analyzing the influence of the risk, we can guide hazards monitoring and accident prevention. The paper adopts FSA for clay coastal transport research on the safety issue by comparing with various evaluation methods and analyzing comprehensive consideration of various factors.This paper takes clay coastal transportation safety evaluation as the research target, analyzes systematically the nature and coastal transportation status of clay and carries on demonstration research by setting up relative FSA model. By analyzing accident data statistics, referring to related papers and issuing expert questionnaires, we can get the evaluation index of coastal transportation of clay, establish fuzzy evaluation index system and index system of one ticket veto. The paper establishes FSA model by means of the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method and proves its feasibility. According to the analysis results, The paper puts forward risk control schemes on coastal clay transportation from different aspects and supporting mesures, which provides certain reference for coastal clay transportation safety.
