In recent years, with the development of steel structure, steel residential construction has become China’s modernization of housing industry development of the core model,Steel structure residential building system is a worthy building system. Steel structure residential building system has many advantages, easy to implement standardized products, organized for industrial production, energy, water, land and materials, in line with the requirements of environmental protection and sustainable development, it is a more ideal one kind of residential building system to promote modernization of housing industry of China.The steel structure residential building system, we choose steel frame system based on a variety of factors in general.In the assembly type in the construction process, the selected panel and connectors selected are crucial. This chapter describes the light-weight building panel of steel structure residential building, light-weight interior panels’characteristics and standardized forms.Interior light-weight panel with steel frame by connectors connected to the strcture.For steel frame building envelope system, the connector is an important part, the connectors have many characteristic:have certain deformation, space,appropriate,strength,corrosion,resistance, Insulationresistance,makingsimple,savesteel,easyto install,standardization,universal applicability. Light-weight interior panels with steel frame body connection is not only a hot research,but also the future development of prefabricated steel structure residential building the inevitable product of a direct impact on the connection to the industrialized production of steel residential direction footsteps. Standardized light-weight panel’s connector standardization similar to the residential building industry is to achieve an important part.Modular coordination is to connect pieces of standardized design basis,usually we build modular standardization.This paper describes the light-weight interior panel connector with steel beams and light-weight building panel with the ground connections.This specific atlas shows connectors,the connectors ars given several different forms, describe the characteristics of the connection parts and standardized dimensions. Consider the actual situation,it is necessary to light-weight panel and the connection force checking, including checking light-weight panel stable,and consider non-structural components factors, light-weight panel is checked.For light-weight interior connectors,for example,U-type connector finite element analysis was carried out. studied the factors which influence the connecting piece impact coefficient of friction,high impact and the impact of the light-weight building panel connectors’thickness.
