With the development of building industrialization,the demand of wallboard is increasing rapidly. The automated production of wallboard will be the inevitable trend in the development of future construction industry. The conventional production of wallboard was mostly manual or semi-mechanized production, which was labor-intensive, hazardous, low-efficient, etc. Aiming at problems above, this paper investigated wallboard automatic production line with wireless network communication.This study focous on automatic production line of wallboard. The research content includes state-of-the-art of wallboard production, design and optimization of production line,anti-collision control of mold vehicle and wireless network communication.Design the graphic layout of automatic production line.Automatic prodution line is setted to four processes mold installation, grouting, curing, demoulding based on the actual size of workshop.The mold car checking mold runs on the track between the production processes,finishing operation,circling to form the assembly line.Then make simulation and optimization for the production line to the high efficiency of production,high utilization rate of equipment, high production line balance and low production costs.Develop intelligent measuring and anti-collision system for mold.In the system, the ultrasonic ranging module is used to test the distance before and after the mold vehicle, then the vehicle brakes through controling the eletric machinery to avoid collision.Design and finish the model mold vehicle,verify reliability through ecperiment. Solve the collision problem between mold vehicle and mold vehicle,mold vehicle and obstacles.And this system can realize distance positioning in the maintenance system.Design wireless communication progrom between the main control and the mold vehicle.PLC sends and receives signal by wireless date terminal.The main control communicates with the mold vehicle in the communication mode of point to point.Compared with traditional mode,this program has low cost and flexible application,and can also be used in other production line.In summary, the research of walboard automatic production line includes the design and optimization of wallboard production,the automatic control of production line,the anti-collision system of mold vehicle,wireless network communication.Make true the automatic control of wallboard production,improve production efficiency, reduce the production cost, promote the further development of industrialization of construction,and related technology has great application value in industrial production.
