Rural residential energy still belongs to the weak part of building energy efficiency. Poor living conditions prevalent in rural residential construction using high energy phenomena. Many factors that affect building energy consumption, including energy consumption caused by outside the window about 35% to 45% of building energy consumption. Meanwhile, outside the window also affect indoor lighting effects. At present, domestic and foreign research focused window system construction in urban areas and less research on rural residential construction, rural housing and urban residential there are some differences can not be outside of urban residential windows findings directly to rural housing outside the window to. Also, the study of existing buildings outside the main window of the energy consumption of a single study or a separate study aspects of lighting, rarely both studies. By analyzing the external window heat transfer theory of the window wall ratio, external glazing type, shade structures as factors, and to study the factors affecting energy consumption, the impact of lighting, giving the rural residential areas suitable for cold North under different orientations optimal combination scheme outside the window. For the first, determine the main factors by theoretical analysis of heat transfer through windows, that the impact of energy consumption outside the window are: orientation, window to wall ratio, the type of window glass and shade structures. Natural lighting through theoretical analysis is given based on the evaluation of natural light indoors. Using software simulation for building energy consumption and indoor natural light provided below theoretical support.Secondly, the research group to conduct in-depth style of rural North China research, research content includes: content overall profile of rural housing in North China, the window in the form of construction, heating mode, summer living way, habits, etc., and research data subtotals for this article model, provide the basis for the selection of parameters.Thirdly, select the analysis software to build a typical residential model based on survey results.Using the Ecotect software to simulate the impact window to wall ratio, type of glass and shade structures on the construction of natural light; using De ST software simulation window to wall ratio, type of glass, shading on building energy consumption. At last, orthogonal experiment to reduce the number of experiments, using SPSS software to analyze the data for the simulation and analysis of each factor on the basis of natural lighting and building energy derived significant degree of influence effect, given the optimal combination of external window program suitable for exterior window double glazing system, do not set the shade structures, the south window wall ratio of 0.5, 0.2 north, east to 0.2, west to 0.25.
