The Research On Waterfront Landscape Planning And Design Based On The Concept Of Integration Of Waterfront Elements

Nowadays,The waterfront development is the focus of city construction.But waterfront landscape construction in our country have to be executed based on the controlled detailed planning made by City Planning Department,due to the influence of district planning thought which one of the more traditional ideas come from City morphology.The limitation firstly appear in the landscape pattern and dimensions of design.Secondly,some problems such as interest differentiation in government agencies,the pursuit of speed in construction,to shorten the construction steps and the lack of effective communication between the fields which waterfront elements belong to,lead to the separation situation in a certain extent.Long term since city waterfront landscape construction is bound within a standard framework,but Looked stiff and flexible inadequate in the face of complex or changing situation. So it is necessary to make detailed research about the concrete manifestation of this problem,and drawing support from elements integration concept which more advanced design concept to help overcome the difficulties of waterfront development and landscape construction.The structure of research comprises on three parts of epistemology,methodology and Practice:The part of epistemology(Include the former three chapters) explore the progress of several important concepts and the research progress in domestic and foreign Firstly,and then review of waterfront development history as well as the origin of the current regulatory mode.Last introducing elements of integration concept as the basic theory research to summary the three major trends of integration.Both the fourth and fifth chapters are the part of methodology.Introducing the historical and geographical condition,function and related planning are all the first step. And then complete the investigation of Fuzhou Minjiang North Port.Specific content refers to the basic situation of the Five kinds of direct selection factors (traffic system elements, revetment elements,water space elements and so on).The sixth chapter is the practice part of the thesis.To summary the integration strategy according to the principles of integration and the waterfront landscape design.The thesis aims to provide theoretical guidance for the application of element integration concept in waterfront in practice,but also for the domestic city,especially to provide reference of waterfront landscape construction of medium-sized city.
