Strength generous amount of concrete mixer truck carrying the subframe complex dynamic loads from traffic and transport medium, and upload all the parts are in the sub-frame basis, as a concrete mixer truck key component sub-frame structure concrete directly affect the stiffness and fatigue characteristics of reliability mixing truck. Currently, in engineering applications, many generous amount of concrete mixer truck frame rails vice Symptoms often appear cracks. In this paper, the finite element analysis model was constructed of concrete mixer truck subframe, respectively, of its full load full load conditions reversed bending condition, full working condition, such as brake systems analysis, research shows that: the sub-frame to withstand the maximum stress has been exceed the material yield limit, can not meet the design requirements. Then the results of static analysis for frame structure optimization was carried out, and the structure of the finite element more than three typical operating conditions optimized static stress analysis; and finally, to optimize the finite element model of the front and rear subframe modal analysis harmonic response analysis to calculate the corresponding natural frequencies and mode shapes, through a comparative analysis natural frequencies and mode shapes, draw subframe optimized overall improved dynamic performance. Finally, the optimized sub-frame prototype trial conducted in a complex and harsh working conditions were applied, after a year of use, the current frame is not re-use in stable condition fails, in order to verify the feasibility of the optimization program. And that the structure has been applied for and obtained a utility model patent, which patent is also pending.Findings of this study show that the finite element analysis method, such as ANSYS finite element software-based architecture for the vehicle by force, vibration, fatigue, life cycle analysis and noise problems theory has laid a good foundation, and for vehicle fault diagnosis and analysis provides a powerful tool.
