Natural Crumb Rubber Modified Asphalt is produced from Superflex and base asphalt under given process. It has good high-temperature stability. Superflex is produced by TMA which comes from Indonesia. Very few researches focused on Superflex modified asphalt in our country and abroad, further more researches on the modified mechanism of Superflex modified asphalt is needed. This paper centered on evaluating index, optimal preparation process, properties of resistance to high and low temperature of Superflex modified asphalt.First of all, consulting study summarization home and abroad, choosing appropriate evaluate index and then introducing test methods of asphalt properties.In order to studying the influences of different processing conditions to the properties, taking orthogonal experimental design and testing. it will comes to the best properties under 180℃,60.min and 15% Superflex.Studying properties of base asphalt,Superflex modified asphalt,SBS modified asphalt through DSR test,asphalt penetration test,asphalt viscosity test,RTFOT test and so on. Analyzing the modified mechanism of Superflex modified asphalt.Do some researches on modified asphalt which modified by Superflex and nano-CaCO3/Superflex modified asphalt. Four kinds of nano-CaCO3 A、B、C、D are /chosen to working together with Superflex to modified asphalt and then studying properties of these asphalt, found that C nano-CaCO3 combined with Superflex comes to the best properties.Using the neuro-fuzzy network to predicting properties of modified asphalt, programming with MATALAB, and the results showed that the neuro-fuzzy network is adopted on predicting properties of Superflex modified asphalt, the deviation between prediced value and measured value is rather little.
