With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the scale of fixed investment assets grow rapidly, thus driving the leap-forward development of construction industry. The growing emergence of large span structure and ultra-high-rise, building structure and architectural modeling is more and more complex. All kinds of complex curved surface are appeared in building. At this time, due to the poor performance of the construction drawing in two-dimensional way visualization, the understanding of the drawings increase a lot of difficulty. Construction, structure, equipment among professional designers and the communication between designer and constructor also can produce certain obstacles. At the same time, because the construction process of the buildings are quite complex, traditional construction methods and models have been unable to meet their requirements. Construction process need to use computer technology, network technology, virtual reality technology, multimedia technology, three-dimensional digital technology to build throughout the decision-making period, implementation period and operation period of computer management system. So that the design and construction scheme, construction process dynamic simulation, virtual construction and the construction of the whole process of information sharing can be complied.As the pillar industry of national economy,the construction of the informatization level enhances unceasingly. During the "twelve five", building department clearly stated that "comprehensively improve the information requirements of the construction industry and promote BIM technology in the industry." BIM technology use the digital representation on the basis of 3 D digital technology to integrate the relevant data of the project, and on this basis to carry on the design, construction and operation management. By using BIM technology can promote the construction of projects in different stages of the cycle of knowledge sharing, adopting a distributed model, replacing the drawing with the database,to integrate the design, construction and operation. It is causing an unprecedented change in construction industry. Adopting the model of construction, enterprise can bring huge new value.The selection and optimization of construction scheme is the core of the construction organization design and have guiding effect to the engineering construction. Optimization include the construction procedures of construction scheme, construction sequence, construction method of optimization and scheme index (schedule, quality, safety, cost and so on). Based on BIM technology, by introducing the concept of virtual construction, make the BIM technology and virtual construction together, with a series of Revit three dimensional modeling software and NavisWorks construction simulation software for 3 d modeling. Through model visualization to assist construction and collision detection from Information model research and analysis the construction program. By joining the time dimension for 4 d virtual construction image show the whole process of construction. At the same time, in this article, the introduction of grey situation decision model and grey relational model optimize the construction scheme index for quantitative. Through the comparison,it is concluded that the optimum construction scheme of the model. Using modified duration in gray system model plan PERT optimize planned duration.
