The building which bustling in urban areas needs to ensure safety and to avoid the impact of construction on adjacent buildings, underground pipelines and other facilities when doing demolition, reinforcement, alteration or reconstruction of construction.Paper combines Huiyuan Building bridges and Huiyuan podium demolished, Huiyuan Building basement reinforcement and restoration Xiangjiang Road pavement construction monitoring. Monitoring project includes Huiyuan Building subsidence (float), Huiyuan Building tilt observation, horizontal displacement and groundwater level observations. By analyzing the monitoring results of the Huiyuan Huiyuan Building bridges and demolished podium, Huiyuan Building, Xiangjiang Road pavement restoration settlement due to the construction process (float), Huiyuan Building tilt observation, basements and water table monitoring displacement, we can get Huiyuan building itself settlement, tilt, horizontal displacement and changes in groundwater level change parameters. Summarize the deformation of the building and the restoration movement which caused by reinforcing Huiyuan Building basement and paving Xiangjiang Road, and then analyze the difference between its limits.On this basis, demolition safetyevaluation by using the basic principles of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and ofmulti-level fuzzy evaluation model for the impact of Huiyuan Building.Huiyuan Building security will be seen as the settlement of Huiyuan Building B1, Huiyuan Building tilt B2, horizontal displacement B3, B4 groundwater level changes in factors such as the composition of fuzzy sets (called factors set U), determine the level of selected assessment of these factors, divided into two according to the characteristics of the collection. First use of a second level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation factors, will be calculated as a result of known values of fuzzy judgment on an operation, the composition of the evaluation of the fuzzy set (evaluation set V), then the settlement were obtained Huiyuan Building B1, Huiyuan Building tilt B2, basement horizontal displacement B3, B4 groundwater level changes each single factor attributable to different levels of accreditation degree (membership, selected according to the maximum degree of membership, called fuzzy matrix), and the right to re-evaluate objects based on various factors sinks distributed computing (called fuzzy matrix synthesis), a quantitative evaluation of the solution obtained values.This paper using Huiyuan Building subsidence, tilt Huiyuan Building, basement level of displacement, groundwater level changes etc. as an evaluation factor, and ensure the safety standards according to the relevant safety standards and construction requirements of the project, and then establish the building safety evaluation model, evaluate the security status of Huiyuan Building bridges and podium in demolition, road restoration according the building safety and building safety composite score.The analysis of monitoring and measuring data and obtained building safety evaluation results shows that, the Huiyuan buildings which affected by the removal is in a safe state after taking certain measures.
