Air compressor mainly providing compressed air in the production process, is the key equipment in enterprise production line, and it’s also one of the most power-hungry devices in industrial equipment, so its reliability and energy saving operation will be directly related to the enterprise’s production efficiency and benefits. So it is the key to improve the level of after-sales service for air compressor’s manufacturer and the remote monitoring technology of air compressor, that to adjust machine operation mode and to ensure the reliable operation of the air compressor, timely finding fault and the fault repair. IOT architecture system, internet of wireless transmission technology, remote monitoring technology and network communication technology are merged into an organic whole, and a set of remote monitoring system of air compressor based on the technology of Internet of things is developed in this paper. The main work and innovation points are as follows:(1) According to the principle of the screw air compressor and air compressor unit, the manual and automatic joint control are analyzed, self balancing algorithm was adopted to realize optimal operation of the unit and reach the effect of energy saving and high efficiency in the condition of automatic joint control; Using the combination of methods of the entropy weight and analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the air compressor equipment maintenance level is evaluated effectively and scientifically, it is one of the main points in this paper.(2) Based on IOT architecture system and wireless transmission technology, and combined with the system requirements analysis, the whole system structure is designed, the B/S and C/S mixed mode is putted forward to realize the design of the system software architecture, and the(PDM) relational model is used to realize the database design, this is the main innovation of this paper.(3) The wired transmission mode of short distance in user terminal is realized based on the field bus technology. On the basis of network communication technology and Internet wireless transmission technology, etc., and through the wireless communication network of the GPRS/CDMA, the long distance transmission between the users and the manufacturer is realized; The function module design of the hybrid system is realized in modular design style, and especially in data monitoring and control module, the Jquery +Ajax + Json technology is used to realize dynamic effect, this is one of the main keys in this paper.(4) The development platform of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 is used to complete the system development, and SQL Sever 2005 is selected to implement background database development, finally the real-time monitoring of the system remote monitoring functions are realized.At present, the system has been officially put into trial operation, and actual running state is stable, the effect of control and maintenance management is good, the goals of the energy conservation and emissions reduction are attained, and the manufacturers and users consistently approve.
