With the development of the society,people pursue more high-quality production and living environment,and put forward higher requirements for various fan systems.Modern motor equipment is developing towards the direction of high efficiency,high precision and high integration.These changes bring some problems while improving motor quality and expanding application scope.Fan is a kind of rotating mechanical device,which is widely used in all walks of life.Its running state directly or indirectly affects the quality of production and life.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the fan system with high performance and remote monitoring.In this thesis,a remote monitoring device for centrifugal fans based on the Internet of things is designed,which is an integral part of the intelligent fan system.Based on the analysis of the centrifugal fan application environment and the motor development,the brushless dc motor with quasi-sinusoidal wave is adopted as the power source of the fan system,and the advanced sensorless vector control method is adopted in the motor control.In the discussion of IoT technology and intelligent fan system,the advantages of LoRa communication technology in this system are analyzed,and the choice of IoT communication protocol is determined.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of computing power and power consumption,STM32F302R8T6 is selected as the main control chip of the motor.The communication module adopts UM401LP low-power half-duplex low-power wireless data transmission module and LoRa WAN gateway for data exchange.The fan system uses MQTT protocol to develop the mobile client,which can monitor the parameters of the system remotely and analyze the fault information of the fan system through the parameters.The centrifugal fan remote monitoring system designed in this thesis realizes the remote control of the air volume and the remote monitoring of the motor operating parameters,temperature,humidity and other environmental parameters under the laboratory test conditions,and the expected target is basically completed.The monitoring system can detect the state change of the fan system in time and improve the reliability of the centrifugal fan system to a certain extent. |
