Research On Operation Management Of Construction Enterprises Based On BIM

At present,the construction industry is in the rising period of development,is closely related to China's national economy.However,people are enjoying the advantages of economic prosperity at the same time,serious environmental pollution,resource shortages also cannot be ignored.But at present,the construction industry in our country mostly do construction project management mode is still the traditional two-dimensional way,there is a serious resource waste,high energy consumption,low efficiency of production,it has to do with the direction of the sustainable development of our country is clearly contrary.Therefore,at the request of the environment,to seek an efficient construction process management model is very important.According to our country's present housing situation and the research background,this thesis based on the difficulty in the construction project management,this paper combined with BIM technology advantage,in order to investigate BIM technology in the application of large residential project construction management as the goal and direction.First of all,the thesis combines Nanjing Ming yue house project,aiming at the difficulties and requirements of the project,formulate corresponding BIM application technology route,technology of BIM in large public housing project construction management problems existing in the application of corresponding Suggestions are given,discusses how to use BIM technology in schedule management,quality management,safety management to realize more effective management.Second,secondary development of BIM technology,combined with the Internet technology,the VRP technology and data processing technology,to realize multidisciplinary cross,generate the openness of special project management platform,better realize the human-computer interaction and construction management.Finally,give full play to the advantages of 3D scanning technology and BIM4 D,auxiliary construction process of fine management.Hope that the research of this thesis can provide future similar project implementation of BIM technology with relevant experience,to build a set of BIM management system for large residential projects,promote development of BIM technology in the project construction management in our country.
