Due to the limitation of oil resources and the new requirements to global environmental protection,all car brands in the process of new car development is more and more pay attention to the lightweight design of automobile,the effective way is to solve the problem of lightweight lightweight materials to replace metal materials.Plastic is one of the four major industrial raw material,its good physical properties and molding performance got the attention of industry,small density,light weight,more and more is applied to all parts of the car.At the same time as people's living standards gradually improve,the car is becoming more and more high quality requirements,puts forward a new technical requirement for car companies,automobile quality,comprehensive quality improvement.Plastics used in automobile manufacturing,inner decoration directly form the drivers and passengers in the use of space,so the quality of the interior parts is directly related to car quality,how to further improve the quality of the plastic inner decoration is an important problem facing the automobile enterprise.Automotive plastic parts for assembly,high strength requirement,complicated structure,large area,is commonly manufactured plastic injection molding process,the traditional automotive plastic mold in the past more than relying on the "empirical method"or "trial and error method" in terms of product development,mold development cycle is long,cost is high,the technique and experience of workers have high demands,hard to ensure the quality of the product.With the popularity of computational science and CAE analysis technology,injection molding simulation technology rapid development.This article first elaborated the automobile injection molding theory,summarizes the application of the current state of the CAE technology,the author introduces the application of the mainstream analysis software Moldflow characteristic and operation method,and selected the typical car inner decoration of plastic plate as the research object,the analysis of the application software functions of the product injection molding process simulation analysis,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of solution,and has carried on the comparative analysis and optimization design,finally won the high quality mould scheme and process parameters,control the defects from the source,improve the quality of the products,for the subsequent mold development provides a theoretical basis and technical support.The study of other auto plastic forming has certain reference value,broad application prospect.
