Automobile Interior Door Panel Design Plastic Injection Mould Develepment

In this thesis,study the integrated interior door panel of L235 project as the main research object.Through analyzing and summarizing the experience of the injection interior door panel of mold at home and abroad,finish the works of part design,CAE analysis,mold design,mold manufacture,testing injection and production maintenance.According to the manufacture process of interior plastic door panel,finish geometry design of door panel body part by UG software.Confirm PP+EPDM+15% as the material of door panel body.Mesh and verify 3D model by moldflow software and make the moldflow analysis to simulate the plastic forming and filling.According to the analysis result,6 gates type is prior to use.Combining with cooling analysis simulation,confirm the even and effective cooling system in mold.Modify the mold design on the main mechanism of integrated interior door panel mold.Though to set the proper mold component manufacture process,tuning the cutter and machine process,apply with manufacture automation to achieve efficient rising on EDM.Set suitable tooling assembly process to reduce the time of assembly.When trial-out of tooling,apply with rational injection process,fix gas-assist issue.Finally discuss production and maintenance to support the high quality tooling development.
