Since the reform and opening up, China has been in a closer and closer association with western countries,and the level of national economy has kept raising.The development of economy and science also has grown with leaps and bounds. In order to solve the series of problems, such as the increasing shortage of land resource,the low land resources occupation of per person,waste of energy, high building, even super high building has sprung up in the past years, which not only brings much convenience to daily life, but also promotes construction technology progress.This paper introduces the ultra-high-level structure which is located in hefei government affairs area C towers project, the project have 50 floors on the ground, 4layer sunder the ground, for high-end office buildings. on this basis, the paper emphasizes on frame column of the frame work-core structure system with three different structure forms which using reinforced concrete, SRC frame-reinforced concrete,CFST frame-reinforced. The paper compare reasonable and economical of ordinary reinforced concrete columns and SRC frame-reinforced concrete column,CFST frame-reinforced column three schemes by using PKPM structure design software SATWE program, we analysed the SATWE program text information about cycle ratio, displacement ratio, Inter laminar stiffness ratio, shear ratio, stiffness ratio and bearing capacity ratio, determine that the structure of three kinds of schemes can satisfy the requirements of specification. We also compare the three kinds of schemes of dosage of reinforced and SRC, determine the scheme 3 in meet the stiffness of bearing capacity has minimum cost. In determining the structure selection, because this project is ultra-high-level structure, to achieve the goal of anti-seismic we use YJK of structure design and analysis software(V1.5) which developed by Beijing surplus jianke company and Midas Building research severe earthquake static calculation analysis, and verify in the case of the rarely met earthquake, the possibility of each part of the structure anti-eismatic goals. This project in the case of elastic-plastic time history analysis under severe earthquake, adopted widely used the software ABAQUS to simulate,from the several aspects to ensure to achieve the goal of anti-seismic structure, and taking certain measures to ultra-high-level structure.
