A Study On Grid Management Mode Of Grid Equipment Operation And Maintenance Services

The management of grid equipment operation and maintenance services is a complicated and enormous system with wide range and some management element, which need emergency handle ability. In the project implementation methods, paper uses project management theory and methods for efficient implementation of this project’s plan, organize, control and guidance, to achieve the dynamic management of the whole process of the project and the project goal of comprehensive coordination and optimization, then on this basis discusses processes reengineering and organizational remodeling design.
