In recent years, with the increasing of scale and quantity of construction engineering project, it has become an important pillar industry of national economic development which influences national economic and social development and social harmony and stability greatly. As an important part of project management in construction engineering project, strengthening construction project risk management has become an important issue for sustainable and healthy development of construction engineering projects. In terms of construction engineering project risk management, foreign developed countries started earlier, and gained abundant research achievements including risk identification, risk analysis and risk evaluation, which has formed the basic and comprehensive engineering project risk management theory which provide quite good practical guidance. Risk management research content, method of application project in foreign developed countries is valuable for domestic engineering project risk management theory system, practical application of learning and reference. At present, domestic engineering project risk management has gradually been paid much more attention by enterprises, research institutions concerns, and achieved certain results in a certain range. However compared with developed countries, engineering project risk management research started late in our country and quite a few problems still exist such as lack of risk management consciousness, risk management most based on qualitative analysis and so on, which directly influences the development of engineering project risk management.Thesis focuses on quantitative analysis of construction engineering project risk management. Firstly, corresponding theories are reviewed about construction engineering project risk management including basic concepts, main analysis technologies and quantitative analysis methods. At the same time, the thesis made in-depth analysis of the current status of engineering project risk management process and the main existing problems and corresponding reasons and combined with the engineering project risk management process of the main practice experience analysis. Based on the above analysis, the thesis takes the engineering project risk quantification process case as the object of study, presents the main steps in the analysis of engineering project risk quantification and principles, focusing on the quantitative analysis on the construction of the project risk identification, risk assessment, risk quantification. Aiming at the existing construction project risk management problems and reasons, combined with analysis of risk cases, corresponding suggestions to improve the engineering project risk management are put forward from the perspectives of risk aversion, risk prevention, risk transferring. The thesis makes deep analysis about risk quantitative analysis of construction engineering project using many study methods such as case study method, literature research, survey research, which has both strong significance for combing the construction project risk quantification theory system and practical guidance about construction project risk analysis and management.
