With the needs of the national process of urbanization and economic development, bridge projects in road and municipal engineering playing a growing number role in the construction process and construction companies face a greater risk of the project. Especially in municipal projects of big cities, the situation is more complex, the risk encountered during construction is more difficult to predict. Therefore, under this special conditions of the construction process of bridge project,there is universal value evaluation.The paper based on the study of bridge construction risk situation at home and abroad and much reading literature, The basic theory of bridge construction is carried out a detailed risk analysis.First,set the definition of bridge construction risk; The basic concept of risk identification are introduced, the characteristics and the basic steps of risk identification are analyzed,and make good theoretical preparations for the next risk identification bridge construction; The concept of risk estimates are analyzed, and are introduced in which the probability of loss estimates and estimates and role in bridge construction; the basic theory of risk assessment are introduced, including the basic concepts of risk assessment, classification of risk level, risk acceptance criteria and common risk assessment methods, and make good theoretical basis in bridge construction for the next risk assessment; Analyse major risk types of the bridge construction do the risk identification mainly for bridges construction of municipal project,obtain the hazards in each part of bridge construction; then for the risk of key positions,identify the risk of beam deforms in stature quality control,and pave the way for the next risk assessment;According to the principles of evaluation system construction and project examples,we obtain evaluation node and neural network training model; training samples collected by the measured data, and then enter the beams information which needed to predict and apply BP neural network in comprehensive evaluation, and make the appropriate improvements on the base of evaluation results.On the base of the actual situation of Jingjintang separation interchange construction project in Tianjin outer ring road regulation project,this paper will apply the risk identification and BP neural network model which has established to the actual project,and conducte a comprehensive predictive evaluation in bridge superstructure of this project.With the comparison of the results of the evaluation that has obtained and the actual project situation, it reaches the actual situation of the project risk. Meanwhile,it also provides the risk assessment of the bridge linear quality with a new and feasible method.
