At present, the majority of buildings in our country are still charged according to heating area. Because of the metering and charging method has many defects, in the implementation process there arises a lot of problems and disputes. Currently, household heat metering system is a revolution in the field of centralized heating. For the heat users, heat consumption and heat costs are linked, easily to be understood and accepted. Heat metering and charging can be visually displayed for each user, and reduce the use of heat and heatfee collection dispute. In addition, household heat metering allows users to use self-regulation, improving indoor thermal comfort, enhancing the awareness of saving energy and enthusiasm, so as to achieve a real energy-saving.In this paper, the heat data is from a community of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University. A heat metering system monitoring platform based on LabVIEW graphical programming language was designed achieving the systematization and the standardization. This paper presents a coupling type of producer/consumer program structure, basic realization of the heat metering supervision platform function, such as real-time data acquisition, graph shows, failure alarm, report print, data storage, remote management and so on. The thesis mainly includs the design of TCP/IP communications, the design of program structure, the design of XControl, the design of remote control, the design of fault alarm and the design of database operation.The experimental results show that, this set of heat metering system monitoring platform which has simple operation, smooth interface and ideal effect.
