Research And Application On The Variable Cycle Maintenance Method For Leased Tower Crane

The development opportunities of tower crane leasing company have been brought by the modern development of the construction industry. The enterprises are more required in economic benefits. Therefore, improving the leasing company maintenance efficiency have been become one of most pressing matters.Aiming at the problem of maintenance efficiency, several key issues are researched by analysis working condition, the construction schedule and the benefit factor. The variable cycle maintenance method for leased tower crane based on state is established to provide support for realizing the effective tower crane maintenance plan. The main work of the dissertation is as follows:1. The technologies of tower crane maintenance are summarized. Maintenance method of variable cycle and fixed cycle are analyzed and compared.2. The relationship between tower crane working state and construction project is analyzed. Eight states of tower crane are established based on working condition. The key and reference indicators of variable cycle rules are constructed. The status maintenance cycle and evaluation table of tower crane is given to describe maintenance period.3. The maintenance cost and time of variable cycle maintenance process for leased tower crane are calculated and analyzed.4. In the end, the variable cycle maintenance method is verified through the construction project. All of the above researches are summarized and there main innovative points are given out.
