With the development of the society and the progress of science and technology, people have got great progress on the control of ac motor. The performance of the ac motor controller was greatly enhanced with the development of that many control theory, high performance processing DSP core research, device which can be shut off and application of PWM wave generation technology greatly.Ac motor’s advantages can be carried forward, and quickly replaced the dc motor in many fields.This paper has Investigated the market and the prospect of application, Prepare to develop a high power ac motor controller based on the DSP hardware based. Algorithm using the rotor field oriented control(FOC) technology, PWM wave generated using space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) technology. It can meet the requirements of the application of the application scenarios such as electric cars.In this paper, we are briefly analyzed and expound the working principle, mathematical model of ac motor and its basic parameters. The vector control principle of ac motor based on magnetic field orientation will be introduced detail. Analyzed the coordinate transformation principle and the principle that the rotor flux position calculation method. Using MATLAB/SIMULINK platform to establish a model to analyze the reliability and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.In this paper, we are do some brief introduction the PWM modulation classification and Development, the SVPWM technology will be carried on the detailed analysis and elaboration and using the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment model to analyze and validate.In order to guarantee the high quality and readability of the code, we write the code using the code generation function which is built in the MATLAB platform. Using high performance processing chip of TI Company to ensure the real-time ability of motor control system. We are detail introduces the system design of software and hardware platform. In order to verify the feasibility of the designed system, we use the SIMULINK environment test the dynamic and static performance of the system, and the results show that the system working in good condition, the controller can complete control and adjust the motor.
