This thesis has mainly studied on the research of switch control technology, of which the whole electronic switch execution unit was adopted. Such measure can ensure the reliability of the operation and safety. Basically, traditional interlocking systems which contains relay interlocking and computer interlocking have relay to participate in the logic operation, circuit are relatively complex. So in case of the relay fails, the fault diagnosis of time is relatively long, that has a direct impact on the working efficiency. This thesis according to the traditional switch control of technical conditions, modern tram switch control module control technology conditions was established, and the key technology had made the detailed analysis and description. Besides, there are three kinds of road authority named class A and class B and class C in modern tram. Therefore, modern tram switch control system should have the following functions: arranged road and unlock into road by control switch movement.Function refers to the route arrangement under normal driving conditions all switch order trolley into the road. And approach the unlock function are mainly into the road the entire switch in traction off order normal unlocked switch section, normal and abnormal unlocking switch section.Design of the hardware structure of the electronic switch control module,including the drive circuit, said acquisition circuit switch module and the monitoring and fault alarm circuit and so on, satisfied the security which the "fault- safety" principle. For some weak links existing in the interlocking, traditional reference used in hump field of microelectronics switch control module, combined with the mature of computer interlocking technology research in China, operational controller adopts two times two choose two operations controller, further improves the control technology of the indicators, to ensure safety.On the basis of modern trams all the technical conditions of the electronic switch control module and the hardware structure, the module of the software analysis, and follow the principle of fault- safety and closed loop control. USES the control, the design thought of the integration of monitoring and surveillance of the outdoor scene real-time monitoring signal equipment and switch module itself, once the malfunction of the system hardware to identify software modules, and output in time and safety instructions. In order to ensure the high efficiency of programming language to write, easy to understand and easy to modify,switch module of the software written using C programming language. In order to achieve the wireless communication way to replace the traditional track circuit, in vehicle mode control switch machine movement, the traditional one-time improvement for the entire route is way in vehicle segmentation is dealt with the issue. In the process of the train operation, the operation dispatching management system control the switch by wired or wireless network along the track of the trolley schedules to each switch controller, and prescribed the route anddirection of the electric car. When trains run on rail track section, close to establish two-way wireless communication car, once the vehicle-mounted device receives the ground state of sending message, the trolley approaching switch section of the message is sent to the driver,vehicle control equipment is available, directly by the driver to send ground control equipment switch control command, transform and lock switch.In the thesis, the application prospect of the whole electronic switch control module was discussed, some problems may be occurred in some situation such as communication between car and ground and the module software design was discussed and suggestions to improvement are put forward.
