With the development of power electronics, the technology of Vector control of asynchronous motor has improved rapidly. The main idea of vector control is the equivalent model of ac asynchronous motor is a DC motor model to control, according to the related theory of coordinate transformation, the model of the asynchronous motor is a strong coupled, nonlinear decoupling of the stator current, the ac asynchronous motor vector decomposition into excitation current and torque current two components. Through the control of the excitation current and torque current are the two components of a vector, thus get like DC motor on the magnetic field and torque control mode.First of all, this paper researches the principle of vector control, the introduction of coordinate transformation and established the mathematical model of asynchronous motor. Then based on analyzing the mathematical model of ac asynchronous motor, using Matlab experiment platform, establishing simulation model of the control system of ac asynchronous motor. System adopts double closed loop control scheme, the speed loop consists of PI regulator, current loop consists of current hysteresis controller. According to modular modeling idea, the control system is divided into various functional independent modules, namely the overall control of ac asynchronous motor in Matlab model segmentation module, the ontology modules of ac asynchronous, motor full bridge inverter circuit module, vector control module, ACR module, ASR module, feedback loop 6 parts, through the organic combination of the above function module integration, can build in Matlab simulation model of the control system of ac asynchronous motor.Finally based on PSIM 9.0.3 set up simulation model of the control system of ac asynchronous motor, set the corresponding parameters of ac asynchronous motor, through PSIM 9.0.3 software to verify the design of ac asynchronous motor control system designed in this paper is verified in the static, dynamic performance and no-load starting after entering the steady state, at some point to the motor with a certain load, concludes that system speed, position, torque, a phase current and the stator flux waveforms. After debug and test the system, and gives important debugging process, analyze the test waveforms. Recorded the actual waveform through the experiment, the simulation results proved that the design of the system performance is good, meet the design requirements.
