The asynchronous motor as the main power equipment which has a hurge consumption of electric energy in today's industrial production.The proportion of power consumption up to 60% in the total electric consumption,and the existence of huge waste in the actual operation of asynchronous motor,so the improvement of efficiency and losses are very important,besides,the energy saving of asynchronous motor is always a research hotspot.This article from the basic principle of vector control of motor,in order to reduce operating losses,improve its operating efficiency,the hybrid search control(hybrid control to search the optimal rotor flux and mixing ratio based on optimal current control based on search)strategy,combination of power electronics,digital signal processing technology,design a set of asynchronous motor energy-saving control based on the DSP system.This paper first analyzes the main reasons of asynchronous motor loss during the operation,and puts forward a hybrid search control to reduce the motor operating losses,hybrid search control is a combination of loss model and online search through online search control,optimal control of the motor operation loss to a minimum.Then according to the basic principle and speed control system work,determine the design requirements of energy-saving control system,the final design of a set of considerations to meet the functional requirements of the system,the detection precision,stability and economic scheme,and the main part of the project involved in the design of hardware circuit.In the design of hardware circuit,the controller adopts TI Motor Company special DSP chip TMS320F28335,the chip frequency up to 150 MHZ,with powerful computing capabilities,to meet the needs of system design,the selection of devices,the need for circuit parameters were calculated,and fully consider the safety margin,and market price stability,at the same time in order to improve the security of the system,the the protection circuit design.The software design,to reduce the running time of the program.The program is written by C language,assembly language as means,the system software consists of main program to complete the initialization function and the control algorithm of interrupt program group A modular software design to improve operating efficiency.Finally,the simulation model is built by using the Simulink module in Matlab software,and the hybrid search control is simulated and verified.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the control method and the practicability of the energy saving control system.
