| The purpose of ITS is to provide more convenient transportation services for traffic participants(users).it is the technical support for the realization of the green traffic system in western underdeveloped area. To promote it rapid development, we must study the framework of ITS, the framework is a general overview, including the function of system, the relationship between various elements and integrated mode. Constructing the framework of ITS in western underdeveloped areas must be based on mature theory, to ensure that the framework of ITS clarity, integrity, efficiency.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept, system composition, function, development method of ITS. By looking through many literatures, summarizes main research content of the domestic and developed countries such as EU, Japan, USA, and analyzes existent problems. Secondly, the paper introduces the main contents of the national ITS framework from the four aspects, respectively user services, logical architecture, physical architecture,application system, and overviews transportation development strategy for the next 10 years; then summarizes basic concepts, position, function of area and the relationship with national framework. From analysis methods and the development steps compare three kinds of ITS system framework methods, namely process oriented, object oriented and based on the national framework. And determines to develop intelligent transportation system framework of western underdeveloped area based on the national framework.Thirdly, With the development of cloud storage, networking and other new technologies, the paper puts forward more advanced, comprehensive, scalable framework of ITS system, and the framework divides into the traffic information collection layer, traffic information support layer,transport data center layer and application layer. Finally applies the method, system logical framework, system technological framework, system information process to the actual design work of Gannan intelligent traffic management system. and verifies the feasibility and practicability of the designed method. From the two aspects of function and network structure,introduces and analyzes the transportation integrated command platform, the traffic illegal information access system, TV monitoring system traffic guidance system of Gannan. |
