Automatic biochemical analyzer, which based on automatic biochemical analysis technique, has been widely used in the clinical diagnosis o f vitro diagnostic(IVD) quantitative analysis currently. Through the analysis body fluids of various biochemical indicators to measure: immune globulin(IG), bilirubin, blood glucose, blood lipid, and so on. But most of commercially available automatic biochemical analyzers are large-scale equipment, which possess tree-level software communications architecture feature. Also, they need work with PC and fussy operation. Therefore, this paper will develop a series of Integrated Photoelectric Detection Module and System Software, based on the spectrophotometric measurement principle, using two-level software communications architecture. It is suitable for automatic biochemical analyzer and contains POCT, accurate, stable features.By analyzing the measuring principle of automatic biochemical analyzer, researching the common used biochemical analysis methods, the Integrated Photoelectric Detection Module and System Software design requirements have been proposed. Then complete the preliminary design of POCT automatic biochemical analyzer. According to design requirements, develop the hardware design of Integrated Photoelectric Detection Module based on Optical Engines, also the multipass light signal acquisition module design, module fixed design; Visual C++and ADS as the debugging environment, in accordance with the functional of the System Software, complete the human-computer interaction module software design, main control system software design, lower machine system software design.During the latter part of this research, the newly developed Integrated Photoelectric Detection Module and System Software were applied in a hardware system of automatic biochemical analyzer by second party design. Through the test of stray light, the absorbance stability, repeatability, and the test of whole machine related performance indicators, result shows that the relevant performance indicators of the Integrated Photoelectric Detection Module and System Software were exceeded "YY/T0654-2008 pharmaceutical industry standard of the People’s Republic of China-automatic biochemical analyzer", reached the national standard and reach the design requirement.
