| With the modernization of city, the traffic infrastructure construction especially city tunnel traffic has been developed quickly. Depend on the special superiority, shield tunnel technology plays a n important role in the city tunnel construction since its appearance. And the abrasion of shield cutters directly affects the tunneling speed, quality and the cost in shield tunneling construction. Also because of this, the research on cutter wearing of s hield has become an important direction in shield field.Firstly, based on the analysis of a variety of cutter wearing mathematical model and reasoning formula, orthogonal experiment which is a new tool to analyze the relationship between the driving para meter and the cutter wearing has fit a nonlinear model of factors in the orthogonal experiment and cutter wearing,made an analysis of the factors sensitivity to cutter wearing. By doing this, we have provided a good theoretical basis to reduce the tool wear and improve the driving efficiency, also made a convenience to staff who can adjust the parameters timely and control the construction overall.Then, fuzzy logic system has made a comparison analysis between the prediction which comes from the fuzzy model and the data which is obtained from the engineering as another tool to analyze the relationship between the driving parameter and the cutter wearing. Through the establishment of fuzzy logic model, a respectively nonlinear relationship of each factor and cutter wearing has been obtained too. Based on that, we have a further understand in which the parameter made influence to cutter wearing in the course of tunneling.Finally a software system which could design orthogonal experiment has been developed and introduced in detail. The software system provides a convenience to design orthogonal experiment and analyze data from construction, also contributes to the following research on cutter wearing of shield. |
