Shield machine is a large scale tunnelling engineering equipment integrated with various disciplines and various fields.It is widely used in urban subway,railway,highway,water conservancy and other tunnel construction for its advantages of high efficiency,high speed,high quality,safety,economy and environmental protection.While,as one of the key components of the shield machine,the cutter head has the three functions of excavating the ground,stabilizing the face,and mixing the soil.And due to the large operating diameter and complicated working geological conditions,the hydraulic drive system of the cutter head has the characteristics of large inertia,high power and variable load.Therefore,the hydraulic drive system of the cutter head needs to have good self-adaptive ability of the formation and speed adjustment characteristics,and it is required to reduce the power as much as possible under the premise of satisfying working conditions,so as to save energy and reduce consumption.In order to build the dynamic model of hydraulic drive system of cutter head and analyze practical characteristics of the system in complex geological in depth,the power device,transmission device,actuator and control device of hydraulic drive system of shield cutter head are taken as a whole in this paper by using the dynamics simulation software ADAMS,the hydraulic simulation software AMESim,and MATLAB/Simulink,which are used for the co-simulation.In addition,the paper improves the hydraulic drive system of the original cutter head at the same time of co-simulation,and designes an intelligent variable power hydraulic drive system of cutter head based on fuzzy control on the basis of constant power control mode.And the system realizes the power adjustment,and can choose the corresponding power working mode intelligently according to the load geological layer,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and high efficiency.The specific contents of the chapters in this paper are as follows:The first chapter introduces the basic structure and working principle,development and research status at home and abroad of shield machine,then analyses the characteristics of shield cutter head drive,and compares the commonly used three kinds of driving mode,this paper discusses the technical features and developing trend of hydraulic drive system of cutter head,finally put forward this topic research content and research work.The second chapter makes an in-depth analysis of the constant power control method of hydraulic drive system of cutter head,and the control principle and speed regulation characteristics of two kinds of hydraulic drive systems with constant power variable displacement and constant power variable speed are mainly studied,based on this,a multi-stage power control cutter head hydraulic drive system was designed,then the system schematic diagram was drawn.Finally,the main parameters of hydraulic drive system of cutter head were designed and calculated according to the load condition of the shield machine and the selection of key components is carried out.The third chapter build simulation model of the system according to the design of shield cutter principle diagram of the hydraulic drive system by using of AMESim software platform,and a simulation analysis is established in three different power mode respectively in view of the shield machine working in two geological layer of soft soil and sandy soil.Through the batch processing function of AMESim software,a comparative study is made on the load of the cutter,the output torque of the cutter,the speed of the cutter and the working efficiency of the system.The fourth chapter designed an intelligent variable power hydraulic drive system of cutter head based on fuzzy control on the basis of multistage power control mode,and the system realizes the power adjustment.Then through the co-simulation of ADAMS,AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink,the practical characteristics of the system in the process of complex geological strata are deeply analyzed,and the system design scheme is simulated and verified.The chapter five summarizes the main work of the paper,and summarizes the design of the hydraulic drive system.
