Research On The Process Of Construction And Management To The Project Of Dream Garden High-rise Buildings

With the accelerating process of urbanization, more and more external population is flowing into the large and medium-sized cities. In order to make full use of limited land resources,in recent years,many high-rise buildings have been built soon.Under the circumstance,Dream Garden high-rise building project begin to be constructed.This paper sets Dream Garden as the research object, and takes reference of the research of engineering construction project management at home and abroad. Combining with Dream Garden, this paper puts forward practical guidance to the project planning scheme and effective measures for the management of the construction process, hoping of achieving the goal of the project.In order to guarantee the Dream Garden high-rise building project can be completed as planned, it is especially important to implement the management of project planning and construction process. The management of project planning includes project objective,project organization structure,control of project plan, preliminary work of the project,quality objective and quality-guarantee steps. At the same time,it is necessary to strength the management of project construction process, such as project technical management, project progress management, project quality management,and project safety management.This paper uses the advanced project management theory, and collects relevant data by visiting and researching. Besides, on the basis of project objective, project organization structure, control of project plan, preliminary work of the project and project quality assurance, this paper draws lessons from theory and experience of successful management of project construction process and puts forward specific measures. Through summarizing conclusions and suggestions,this paper aims at improving project management level,further strengthening the management of project construction process,and accomplishing the project objective in time.
