The munitions used for hard-target penetration fuze are usually high value munitions. For high value munitions, especially for some guided munitions, the cost is very high (several million or even billion RMB for one shot), and the corresponding munitions usually should be used for the fuze test. If the traditional large-sample-scale test method, it will be extremely costly only for munitions in the test, moreover, the quantity of the munitions is not appropriate for large-sample-scale test. As a matching product, fuze reliability index is higher than the system index. The quantity of the fuzes used for full munitions check is limited, and even the cost of balance gun, air gun and rocket sled is high for fuze development, therefore, in order to complete reliability indexes, the own test platform must be used. This problem is solved by simulation test system to a large extend.Based on the characteristics of hard-target penetration fuze used for high value munitions, the dynamic scaling test method for performance check of hard-target penetration fuze is proposed, dynamic simulation test system for hard-target penetration fuze is constructed, and fin-stabilized test projectile whose overload is consistent with the overload of real warhead is designed. Meanwhile, according to the finite element theory, simulation of penetrating process and penetrating overload during the test projectile penetrating the concrete target plate is conducted to, and the penetrating overload is tested by storage testing finally. The result shows that the actual test result is basically consistent with the simulation. The dynamic simulating test system can effectively simulate the penetrating overload of actual penetrating warhead. Range test results show that this simulating test system is reliable and can be used for checking the hard-target penetration fuze and the similar fuze.The simulating test system of hard-target penetration fuze can be widely used for strength, recycle and overload test of fuze, dynamic firing test, production acceptance test and reliability verification test. This test platform is an important platform for development and acceptance of hard-target penetration fuze and reliability verification, which is of significant Military significance and economic benefits.
