The project of finite element analysis and optimization design of container is the school-enterprise cooperation which author participated in,As a principal member of the research group,using Modern Design Theory and method, completed the container structure parametric modeling、Finite Element Analysis and Optimization Design,This paper is based on the project.After the author access to a large number of data,Careful research and analysis the working condition of the container truck,Choosing seven working conditions,acceleration, deceleration, a wheel ride higher etc. Fully considered the cargo contact with container. Reasonable choice parts of the structure to Parameterization.Finished The container structure modeling and finite element analysis carefully.Based on finite element analysis of the original structure,Increase of oblique rod,Optimize the connection between truck container and frame,Local Optimization where existence of large stress and occurs fault, The structure of the maximum stress decreased significantly.Finally using optimization methods ansys combinated Weight-Guide to automatic calculated the size of container structure.Compared with the original structure,After the structure optimization of container,The quality of container structure decreased from 169 kg to 150 kg,decreased 11%,The maximum stress decreased from 440 Mpa to 148 Mpa,The optimization effect is obvious.This is very important to increase the structural strength and reduce the failure rate of the product.
