Along with economic development, super-tall Buildings are developed in the world generally as well as story with outriggers and members is used more and more in common. Story with outriggers and belt members as the main object of study in this paper. Analysis of the reasonable position, rational numbers and rational rigidity of the story with outriggers and belt members based on detailed engineering and SATWE software calculation data as well as elastic time history analysis and pushover analysis under different story with outriggers and belt members. Analysis shows that the reasonable setting of the story with outriggers and members can improve the structure of mechanical performance, effectively reducing the story drift of the structure, increases the lateral stiffness of the structure. The position of story with outriggers and belt members is not random arrangement. For example, story with outriggers and belt members should be setting away from the bottom of the structure (0.5-0.6) h if just set one, in order to guarantee it into full play. Beam outriggers of stiffness not more just more good, its should according to story with outriggers and belt members position, shear wall of stiffness and column of stiffness to determines its reasonable of stiffness. If the stiffness is too big, the structure of anti-side stiffness improve and story drift of control effects is micro, instead will more highlight the structure’s seismic actions, caused adverse of effects. Sets the belt members can make the out frame column axial force changes to equilibrium, can give full play to the withstand axial force of out frame columns, is advantageous to the structure resistance capsized. Pushover analysis shows that plastic hinge appeared on columns at 42 load step when the Building set Story with outriggers and belt members. It should pay attention in structural design.
