High-rise structure is the key point of urban construction in our country at present, it has huge investment, long construction cycle characteristics, carries on the optimization design for the structure of the optimal solution in order to save investment, is each have been hoping to structure engineers. Is located in Changsha, the author of this Eyangshan defeng area A1 bid lots of 5 # building structural design scheme for further optimization design research, provide a reference for structural designers at design time, optimization of structure design has good application value.Eyangshan defeng area A5 # building blocks are 33 layer frame shear structure, frame shear structure combines the advantages of frame and shear wall structure, frame mainly bear the vertical load, the shear wall is mainly bear horizontal load, the division of labor is clear, reasonable force, relative to the frame structure is more reliable, and more economic than shear wall structure, thus is widely used. In the frame shear structure, however, the size of the frame, shear wall quantity setting, position of shear wall arrangement on seismic performance of the whole structure of the economy and plays an important role, so this article will mainly from the three aspects of optimizing design.In this paper, the original construction drawing design, optimization theory based on the shear stiffness of the superstructure, the mathematical model considering just heavier than the shear strength heavier than other norms under article discussed methods for solving the mathematical model, the most excellent shear stiffness and shear quantitative adjustment, structural arrangement, complete optimization.
